Rush/Same Day Report Service
$250 Additional Charge

We try to fulfill all normal report design requests within 72 hours. If you need same-day service on a report request, an additional $250 charge will apply.

General Product Support
No Charge

General Product Support is defined as general product questions regarding functionality, issues encountered while using the product and resolution of software bugs.

Additional Training/Support
$130/hour

Additional Training/Support is defined as general training sessions and support beyond what is included in your implementation or regular product support or questions. This might include training additional users, clients and/or new employees. This may also include re-installation, moving or multiple installations of software.

Report Design Services
$130/hour

Report Design Services is defined as any services related to creation or modification of reports, which includes: Crystal Report Design; Web Reporting (Grasp Data) Reports/Exports; TravelMan Reports; Microsoft Access; or other third-party reporting solutions.

**Expect a minimum of 2 hours for new reports.

General Project Work/Backoffice Support
$130/hour

General Project work is defined as, but not limited to: consulting or support related to operational issues; backoffice use; any custom configuration of our products; GDS formats; technology support;  or third-party software support. An estimate will be provided with these requests and requires client approval prior to work being started.

**A 50% deposit will be required on any estimates exceeding $1,000.

Custom Programming
$195/hour

Custom Programming is defined as: any programming or modifications to existing software; new software; or utility design. This includes script writing, general software programming and Microsoft Access development. An estimate will be provided with these requests and requires client approval prior to work being started.
